Tuscan Spice

From the garden in our backyard, we came up with a potato chip inspired by the old world. A splash of olive oil holds together a burst of sun-dried tomato flavor with a hint of rosemary and herbs. It tastes like a summer evening, shared with friends, which is what the Mikesell's family is all about.
